First of all, thank you for your attention to our previous email. It was great to realize that we are already past the “ice-breaking barrier” and now, its time for all of us to meet. Here are the details of when and where.
When: June 10, Monday
Where: Sello Library – Leppävaara, Espoo
What time: 17:00 – 18:00
The agenda of this meeting is:
- Our Poster & Flyer plan for Helsinki päivä – 12.06
- Sharing of responsibilities within the Volunteering team
- Sharing of experiences from past events
